A UV-vis spectrometer is used for studies with organic dyes, a system for obtaining ultrapure water, and hot-plates for adsorption studies based on temperature and agitation.
Hexagonal desk with computers running various software for sample characterization information such as XPS, EDS, RAMAN, XRD, FT-IR, UV-vis, SEM, AFM, etc., as well as software for mathematical and statistical data management.
A hydrothermal reactor with temperature and pressure control is used for the growth of nanomaterials. Centrifuges are also used for product separation, precision balances for dosing reagents, hotplates, and desiccators.
A spin-coater, substrates, and measuring equipment are used to prepare samples of various characteristics, in particular for the chips used in gas sensors.
