Pulsed Power Generator

This pulsed power generator is capable of delivering ~100-150 kA pulses in ~100ns. These pulses of power are applied to various materials to study high-density, high-temperature (Z-pinch) plasmas. To diagnose these plasmas, pulsed lasers (typically, Nd:YAG 532nm, 8ns) like the ones shown in the picture are used.
